Their customer service was excellent, with follow-up calls and keeping me informed of the progress as well as being very prompt. Our neighborhood entryway sign was demolished by a car and we needed it fixed. Shane C Co was our first call and our experience from start to finish was nice. Our technicians did a wonderful job. We had the chimney from the roof up rebuilt. Then another technician repaired cracks , replaced a few broken bricks and put a polymer film inside the fireplace to keep gases from seeping into the walls.
